Q1: What material is BabyCoco™️ made of? Will it feel hot after lying on it for a long time? Will it cause sweating?
BabyCoco™️ is made from three different fabrics:
The top layer is a specially treated cooling fabric.
The middle layer is a waterproof cloth.
The bottom layer is fleece fabric.
Each material serves a different purpose.
The specially treated cooling fabric helps transfer body heat to BabyCoco™️, creating a cooling sensation and reducing sweating. Additionally, if urine leaks onto it, BabyCoco™️ can quickly absorb and evaporate moisture, keeping the body dry and comfortable.
For an extra cooling effect, you can use BabyCoco™️ in an air-conditioned room or with a fan, which will enhance its cooling properties.
Q2: Is it suitable for people with sensitive skin?
Yes! BabyCoco™️ has passed the SGS Dermatologically Test, it does not cause allergies or skin irritation even after 48 hours of continuous use. Therefore, it is safe for newborns and sensitive skin individuals.
Q3: Is it suitable for elderly individuals prone to pressure sores?
Elderly individuals who have suffered a stroke often wear diapers for long periods. If the diaper is not changed in time, urine may leak and wet the bed.
Using BabyCoco™️ can protect the bed sheets and save caregivers from the hassle of changing them at night. More importantly, it can help the elderly sleep more comfortably.
BabyCoco™️’s cooling fabric provides a cool sensation and can quickly absorb and evaporate urine, preventing overheating and reducing the risk of pressure sores.
However, pressure sores are mainly caused by prolonged pressure on certain areas of the body due to not changing positions regularly. To prevent pressure sores, the most important thing is to turn the patient every two hours.
Q4: Why is it difficult to wash off stool stains?
Stool contains various digestive enzymes that can easily penetrate fabric fibers, making stains difficult to remove.
To clean it effectively:
Apply laundry detergent to the stain and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Rinse it thoroughly with clean water.
If the stain remains, repeat the process until it is completely removed.
Alternatively, you can soak BabyCoco™️ in soapy water overnight and wash it the next day for easier cleaning.
Q5: Why does mold or black spots appear?
There are two common reasons:
Improper Cleaning Habits
Some parents use BabyCoco™️ while feeding their baby or during potty training. If only a small area gets dirty, they may wipe it with a wet tissue instead of washing it immediately.
While wiping is okay for temporary cleaning, you should wash BabyCoco™️ by the same night or the next day.
Milk contains nutrients, and urine carries bacteria. If left unwashed for too long, mold and black spots can develop, which is unhygienic for the baby.
Improper Drying
If BabyCoco™️ is not completely dried after being washed or getting wet, mold may grow.
Always fully dry it under sunlight and store it in a cool, ventilated place to keep it dry.
Additionally, during rainy or humid seasons, consider placing a dehumidifier or moisture absorber in the closet to keep fabrics dry and prevent mold growth.

经过特殊处理的凉感面料可以把身体的热量传导到BabyCoco™️，因此躺了【感觉凉爽】，也可以减少出汗，而且平常漏尿弄湿了，BabyCoco™️还可以快速【吸收和蒸发】，让身体保持干爽舒适
要是想要有冷冷的感觉，你可以把BabyCoco™️放在【有风扇/ 冷气房】里面使用，它的凉感效果会更加明显。
【Q2】皮肤敏感人可以用吗？
BabyCoco™️通过了SGS皮肤敏感测试，连续使用48小时后也不会引起皮肤过敏或发炎。所以就算初生儿或者皮肤敏感的宝宝也是可以安全使用。
【Q3】老人家生压疮适合吗？
老人家中风后长时间都在包尿片，有时尿片太久没有换就会漏尿弄湿床单，
铺着BabyCoco™️给他们睡觉除了可以保护床单，节省孩子们半夜换床单的麻烦，还有就是让他们可以睡得更舒服一点，
BabyCoco™️的凉感布料躺了凉爽，还可以快速【吸收和蒸发】尿液，所以长时间躺着也不会热，减少生压疮的几率。
但是老人家会生压疮主要是因为他长时间没有翻身，体重压在身体下面造成压力而导致生压疮。要减少生压疮的话，最重要的还是每2个小时要翻身哦！
【Q4】为什么大便弄到洗不掉？
大便里面含有各种消化酶，而这些消化酶很容易渗透进去布料的纤维所以污迹会很难清洗干净。
你只需要在污迹上涂上洗衣液，静置15分钟，然后再用清水清洗干净。要是污迹还不能脱的话就再重复以上这些步骤直到完全清洗干净为止。或者你也可以把BabyCoco™️浸在肥皂水里面隔夜，隔天再拿去洗就更方便了。
【Q5】为什么会生霉长黑点？
第一种情况，就是妈咪铺着BabyCoco™️来给宝宝喂奶或者戒尿，可是隔尿垫弄脏一小部分她只是用湿纸巾抹干净罢了，然后再多用几天才一次过拿去洗。虽然小范围弄脏了是可以用湿纸巾先抹干净，但是当晚或者隔天就要拿去清洗一次。
因为奶里面含有丰富的营养成分，尿里面也帶有细菌，所以放久不洗的话很容易就会滋生霉菌长黑点，这样对宝宝也不卫生哦。
第二种情况，就是BabyCoco™️潮湿了没有完全晒干，导致霉菌滋生。尿湿了或者清洗过后的隔尿垫记得要把它晒干晒透，然后存放在通风凉爽的地方，保持干爽。
而且现在也经常在下雨，空气潮湿，所以建议也可以在衣橱里面放干燥剂确保衣物干爽，才能减少生霉长黑点。
